Pause, Breathe & Reflect.

My contribution to Kult Studios’ WORD exhibit is ‘REFLECT’. The letterform means ‘AKS’ Urdu for reflection.

This piece is inspired by truck art that is particularly visible in the Indian Subcontinent. Truck artists use reflective stickers to create truck art that helps improve vehicle visibility in low light conditions. I created this piece using similar materials - Reflective stickers and Radium on a White powder coated metal plate. The artwork looks different in day light, different in low light with flash and different with no light.
